Solar.Pro.Tool Customer Forum
From 26 to 27 September. the second Solar.Pro.Tool customer forum took place in Klagenfurt. The number of participants this year was higher than last year. The discussions and ideas were conducted openly and creatively, just as they were last year. On the first day, all ideas and wishes were collected in order to be prioritized together the following day.
The weather meant it very well with us, and so we could take a trip to the Pyramidenkogel. From there you have a unique view of a large part of Carinthia. Architecturally, the tower on the Pyramidenkogel is a masterpiece of wood and steel. A real treat for the technicians among the participants. The slide was tackled by a few brave ones. (among others Stephan Heller, Frank Heymann). The dinner together and the subsequent cosy get-together were informative and it was nice to see how relaxed everyone was. The talks continued well into the morning hours.
On Saturday morning, all ideas and requests for change were prioritized and summarized in a list. In addition to the changes and enhancements to the Solar.Pro.Tool, two initiatives have been launched: For triangular changes, an approach is being sought together to fill the gaps in the standard and thus create a de facto standard for calculation. Here, all customers will work together on a solution and provide the necessary financial resources. As a second and long-term initiative, the foundations are laid to calculate components on the basis of their technical characteristics. In short, the expected result can be compared with a technical simulation in Solid Works. The ulterior motive here is to create a general standard that is plausible and comprehensible, thus giving users of the Solar.Pro.Tools the option to dispense with building supervision approvals.
We have moved – new office address in Klagenfurt
In order to meet the growing volume of phone calls and tasks, we had to expand spatially. So far we have had an open-plan office in Lakeside Park, but we have been pushing our limits more and more. In order to be able to offer new employees a good working situation, we have found what we are looking for in search of new premises in Sterneckstraße in Klagenfurt. The new office is located in a beautiful old building and we can spread over four spacious rooms.
The new address is:
Sterneckstr. 6, 9020 Klagenfurt
Telephone and all other communication channels remain unchanged.
